Dear Customers.

As a small business dedicated to only producing the very best quality products, we are limited to the quantity of sets we are able to produce each month. With this in mind, we have organised our production to accommodate, to the best of our abilities, the requirements of our regular customers. All our regular customers are Luthiers who rely on us for the regular delivery of Rodgers tuners for their instruments.

We do however; usually have some available space each month for the manufacture of sets for other customers. With the popularity of our tuners increasing, we are unfortunately fully booked for approximately 2 years. I am unable to offer specific dates for delivery and offer deliveries on a pro-rata system. If you wish to order a set(s), you can now do so and I will add your name to the Customer Delivery List . If you do not wish your actual name to appear on the list, you will be allocated a reference number instead.

Terms & Conditions

Credit card information is not required when placing an order.  Once an order has been placed, I will contact you by e-mail within a few days to confirm the details.  A month prior to starting production of your order, I will contact you again where upon you can advise us of your preferred method of payment.  We accept Visa and MasterCard or a bank to bank wire transfer. 

Prices exclude VAT (value added tax) for EU and UK customers.  EU customers, who have VAT numbers, please send us your details.  All countries outside the European Union are exempt from this tax but import duty may be added. 

The price quoted maybe subject to change at the time of delivery.

Both purchaser and seller are at liberty to cancel the order at any time until such time as production has commenced.  Before starting production on non-standard machine heads, we may ask for a deposit which is non-refundable.
